Celebrating Excellence: August Team Recognition

At Lambert Advisors LLC, our ability to provide exceptional service begins with the people behind the work. As we continue to grow our client portfolio and expand our capabilities, I am incredibly thankful for associates who bring initiative, creativity, leadership, and consistency to everything they touch.
This August, it is my pleasure to recognize Meg as our Creator of the Month and Constance as our Associate of the Month.

Creator of the Month: Meg
Meg has continued to impress me with her ability to step into projects, take ownership, and keep things moving. She has been killing it with Facebook group management, content calendar development, content planning, and team leadership, while also assisting with the management and development of content for my personal brand.
Her creative contributions have also extended directly to our clients. Meg provided video editing support for The Era Footwork Collective, helping us execute creative deliverables and maintain the quality of work our clients expect from Lambert Advisors.

What stands out most about Meg is her proactive nature. She does not simply wait for direction. She thinks ahead, brings ideas to the table, identifies what needs attention, and demonstrates the leadership qualities we need as we take on more projects and clients.
She has proven that she can create, organize, execute, and lead, and I look forward to continuing to develop her leadership responsibilities within Lambert Advisors.

Associate of the Month: Constance
Constance continues to be a tremendous asset to both my executive administrative support and our client work. She has assisted with travel coordination, logistics, research, calendar management, bookings, organization, and the many moving pieces behind the scenes that allow us to operate efficiently.
She has also expanded her contributions through copywriting and social media management support for The Era Footwork Collective, demonstrating her ability to move between administrative responsibilities and client facing marketing needs when called upon.
One of the things I appreciate most about Constance is her responsiveness and genuine willingness to help. When I need support, she is consistently there, ready to assist, research, organize, communicate, or figure out what needs to happen next.
Strong administrative support requires much more than completing tasks. It requires resourcefulness, organization, good judgment, communication, adaptability, and an understanding of how all the pieces connect. Constance continues to demonstrate those qualities and has become a trusted part of our operation.

THE Process

Step 1: Discovery Call

Meet and greet with our CEO, Paulette Nicole. Together, we will identify your specific needs, and pain points of your business. From there, you’ll be able to discover how Lambert Advisors can provide you with the services that can best support you.

Step 2: Onboarding

After your invoice is paid we will confirm all access needed to manage your project efficiently. We will review guidelines and expectations for deadlines and project goals. We will create a RoadMap and SOPs to get the desired outcomes for your business needs.

Step 3: Kickoff Call

You’ll have a work agreement and NDA. We’ll set a kick-off call to discuss execution, communication plans, and the delivery and approval processes with our CEO. We want to work through any questions and concerns as we get started.

 
 

Step 4: Project Assignment

We will delegate and strategize tasks and make sure we meet your goals, objectives, and deadlines with ease. We must get the right associate assigned to your project to manage our clientele properly. This may include hiring and training. The process up to this point may take 3 weeks, depending on the project size.

Step 5: Project Management (Nurturing)

You will receive updates, summaries, and feedback on the Standard Operating Procedures we have outlined together. We may need things from you to complete our duties for your business. Communication is critical to getting the job done with desired outcomes.
